Left-hander pitcher Carlos Sarduy left Cuba on September 30 and arrived in the Dominican Republic in the afternoon, multiple sources told Beisbol FR.
Sarduy, 15, from Matanzas, I consider the top pitcher in his age group, had just served as Cuba’s No. 1 arm at the recent U-15 Pre-World Cup in the Dominican Republic.
