The Toronto Blue Jays are expected to sign Korean right-hander pitcher Moon Seo-jun (문서준) in the coming days, several industry sources told Beisbol FR.
Moon, from Jangchung High School, a private school in Jung District, Seoul, South Korea, chose to skip the KBO Draft and sign with an MLB organization before the September draft.
