Miami, October 27 — The San Diego Padres have been busy scouting talent at the WBSC U-18 World Cup Qualifier in recent days and have agreed to terms with four international players, multiple sources told Beisbol FR.
This weekend, Padres’ new owners José E. Feliciano and Kwanza Jones made an appearance in the Dominican capital of Santo Domingo, where they spent time with members of the organization’s front office, including President of Baseball Operations A.J. Preller and VP and Head of International Scouting Chris Kemp.
