The Houston Astros have reached an agreement with Cuban outfielder Jack Valbrune in recent days, multiple sources told Beisbol FR.
The deal is pending a physical and is expected to be finalized in September, once Valbrune officially obtains free agency status.
The 17-year-old outfielder has drawn interest for his athleticism and tools. He trains at the renowned Javier Rodriguez Academy.
